The technology

We are building TerraStakes as a technology company first. Blockchain keeps the record of who owns the Tokens backed by the real estate portfolios. AI helps us choose and watch the assets. Real estate is what it all stands on.
Each Token is a blockchain-based record, backed by a real estate portfolio, that tracks your share in that portfolio. Transparent, tradable and verifiable.
AI helps our team screen assets, track income and occupancy, and flag risk early. People make every decision.
Dividends are calculated based on the Token holding record, so every holder’s share in the dividend pool is counted the same way, pro rata to Token holdings, every quarter.
Tokens are held with a licensed custodian: safe, accessible and tradable.
Describes the platform under development. TerraStakes is building towards securing its regulatory licence. At the moment, TerraStakes holds no financial services licence and is not accepting subscriptions.

Every portfolio contains income-generating real estate assets of one class. Subscribing to Tokens gives you exposure to an entire real estate portfolio, offering you diversification and mitigating the risk of investing in a single real estate asset.

How it works

Create your account and complete a quick identity check. Every Investor on TerraStakes is verified.
Pick from four portfolios, each with its own Token. View a sample of assets before you decide.
Buy Tokens when an Initial Token Offering (ITO) opens. Your Tokens are held securely by a licensed custodian.
Dividends are paid to you quarterly in AED, after disclosed costs and fees.
Sell your Token on a third-party licensed exchange venue to another investor, whenever you decide.
Worth knowing: Token Investors hold economic rights in a portfolio and an indirect right to the underlying real estate assets within the portfolio.
